Our Mighty Mite programs are designed for skiers aged 6 to 13 committed to ski racing and looking for the thrill of testing their skills against their peers during competition. Coaching is provided for the following races: Apple Cup, Loup Loup, Wild Katz, & April’s Answer/Small Fry. Race registration fees are not included in tuition. Additional races may be added, based on coaches discretion, age and the season and would require additional fees. Mighty Mites may also add-on pre-season dryland training and/or the SPAC Holiday camp.

Short Season (U8, U10, U12)
Ages 7-11
10 weeks
Early December through mid February (with a break for the Holidays)
Athletes must be registered in the full-season program to participate in U12 Championships but can upgrade for an additional fee at any time.
Participation in U12 Championships requires additional fees.

Full Season (U14)
Ages 12-13

Participation in U14 Championships and additional races over those listed for the core program, requires additional fees.
This unique transitional program has been developed taking into consideration the special needs of this age group. Depending on their personal interest, commitment and developmental levels, athletes in this program will have the opportunity to compete at both Mighty Mite and introductory Junior races (dependent upon USSA race restrictions for this age group.)
